The Forestville Bicentennial is July 11,12, & 13.  We will open the festivities Friday night with a “street dance”.  Saturday is a Kids parade.  Children can dress up, decorate their bikes, wagons, pets, doll buggies, and march down Main Steet.  Adults can pull floats with tractors, but NO motorized vehicles driven by children (mini bkes, 4 wheelers, etc…) There are many more events planned for the weekend and times and locations of events will be available May 1st.  Sunday is the big parade.  There is also period era dress contests, beard and sideburn contests, and house decorating. A chicken BBQ is planned by the fire department on Saturday.
Again, the events calender will be available after May 1st.
